1. SPONSOR & PROMOTION OVERVIEW The One Man Army® Monthly Yeti® Cooler Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by One Man Army LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a mailing address at 843 Valley Forge Road, P.O. Box 987, Valley Forge, PA 19482 (the “Sponsor”).

DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Yeti Coolers, LLC (“Yeti”), nor is it sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Inc., X Corp. (Twitter), or Google LLC (YouTube). You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to the aforementioned entities.

2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-six (46) continental United States and the District of Columbia (specifically excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Michigan) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate or win. VOID IN AK, HI, FL, NY, RI, MI, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD The Sweepstakes operates on a recurring monthly basis. Each monthly promotional cycle begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of that same month (each a distinct “Promotion Period”). Each Promotion Period constitutes a separate and distinct Sweepstakes. Entries received during one Promotion Period do not carry over into subsequent promotional months. Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes during any active Promotion Period via one (1) of the following two (2) methods:

• Method A: Qualifying Bundle Purchase Entry: Entrants who purchase the "Combat Care Kit Bundle" (or other designated qualifying promotional bundles) through Sponsor’s official website during an active Promotion Period will automatically receive entry into that month’s drawing.
• Method B: Automatic / Online Entry: Entrants who complete and submit the official online sign-up form on Sponsor’s website during the Promotion Period, or who maintain an active, qualifying subscription with Sponsor during the Promotion Period, will receive automatic entry into that month’s drawing.
• Method C: Mail-In Alternative Means of Entry (AMOE) – Free Entry: To enter without making a purchase or subscribing, write your full legal name, complete residential address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, ZIP code, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth on a legible 3" x 5" index card or piece of paper, and mail it in a standard business-size #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: One Man Army LLC Attn: Monthly Yeti Giveaway Entry 843 Valley Forge Road, P.O. Box 987, Valley Forge, PA 19482.
• Method D: VIP Customer Re-Entry: Entrants who have previously earned permanent "VIP Giveaway Status" (via a prior qualifying purchase under Method A) may re-enter the Sweepstakes in any subsequent Promotion Period simply by placing any order of any value or SKU on Sponsor's official website during that active Promotion Period. Any purchase made by a verified VIP Giveaway Status holder during an active Promotion Period will automatically re-activate their entry into that month’s drawing.

Entry Limits & Verification: All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the last day of the active Promotion Period and received by Sponsor no later than five (5) business days following the end of that Promotion Period to be eligible for that month’s drawing. Regardless of entry method, each entrant is entitled to the same maximum number of entries per Promotion Period. Bulk entries, automated entries, or entries submitted by third-party syndicates or entry services will be immediately disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor.

5. PRIZE DETAILS & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE One (1) winner per Promotion Period will receive:

• One (1) Yeti® Tundra® 65 Hard Cooler in Red.
• Approximate Verifiable Retail Value (“ARV”): $395.00 USD.

Prize Restrictions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater verifiable retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All standard manufacturer warranties apply.

6. WINNER SELECTION, ODDS & NOTIFICATION One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted from all eligible online and mail-in entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted strictly within seven (7) calendar days following the conclusion of the promotional period by a designated employee or authorized agent of One Man Army LLC.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend directly upon the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period.

Notification & Verification: The potential winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within five (5) business days of issuance. If a potential winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails to execute required documents, is found to be ineligible, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. TAXES & RESPONSIBILITIES The winner is solely and exclusively responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize acceptance and use. Where required by federal law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE Except where legally prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s express, irrevocable permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statement, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, trade, and publicity purposes across any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & IRREGULARITIES Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, tampering, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control (an “Irregularity”) corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the Irregularity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or website operation, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Man Army LLC, Yeti Coolers, LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, Inc., and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and causes of action of any kind (“Harm”) arising out of or related to: (i) the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any technical errors, network failures, or computer malfunctions associated with the Sweepstakes; (iii) any unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (iv) the receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize (including any personal injury, death, or property damage); and (v) any typographical or administrative errors in these Official Rules or promotional materials.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY SPONSOR. SPONSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW & CLASS ACTION WAIVER Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & WAIVER: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, EXCLUSIVELY IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN DELAWARE; (II) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT SHALL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED; AND (III) ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES.

13. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION Information submitted by entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on Sponsor’s website. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and for direct marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

14. WINNER LIST REQUESTS To obtain the first name, last initial, and state of residence of the monthly winner (available approximately fifteen (15) days after the conclusion of the applicable Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: One Man Army LLC Attn: Winner List – Monthly Yeti Giveaway [Specify Month/Year] 843 Valley Forge Road, P.O.
